This was my first attempt at a gluten dairy free cake. It was actually delicious! I am no longer afraid to try gluten free.

WOW! 160 cupcakes and a cake. So much work and so rewarding. This was my first wedding can it turned out pretty well. Even though there was a crazy heat wave which made it almost unbearable to turn on the oven, but it was all worth while.

These were fun and turned out so cute. I made the Hello Kitties with fondant and hand painted them. I was really pleased with the way they came out.

This was a fun cake to make. Yummy red velvet with cream Cheese frosting. It was for a good Friend’s baby shower, in fact I will have a baby girl cake this weekend for the new Mom’s twin sister. So Fun. Can’t wait for you to see it!

Take me out to the ball game! This was a Groom’s cake for a friends wedding. Definitely a challenging cake, spherical shapes are not easy to cover in fondant.

More last minute cupcakes made. They were for a friend who was going to see Beatles Love in Vegas and wanted cupcakes that were themed.

I love to bake, it is my passion. There is nothing more gratifying than see the joy sugar can bring people.
