This was my first attempt at a gluten dairy free cake. It was actually delicious! I am no longer afraid to try gluten free.

Here’s a close up of the cupcakes. I made purple fondant hearts with a stamped A for the new bride and groom.

WOW! 160 cupcakes and a cake. So much work and so rewarding. This was my first wedding can it turned out pretty well. Even though there was a crazy heat wave which made it almost unbearable to turn on the oven, but it was all worth while.

These were fun and turned out so cute. I made the Hello Kitties with fondant and hand painted them. I was really pleased with the way they came out.

This was a fun cake to make. Yummy red velvet with cream Cheese frosting. It was for a good Friend’s baby shower, in fact I will have a baby girl cake this weekend for the new Mom’s twin sister. So Fun. Can’t wait for you to see it!

Congrats Allie! Graduation cake for my future Sister in Law.

Just a simple Elvis cake, for a special birthday girl who loves Elvis.

Take me out to the ball game! This was a Groom’s cake for a friends wedding. Definitely a challenging cake, spherical shapes are not easy to cover in fondant.

More last minute cupcakes made. They were for a friend who was going to see Beatles Love in Vegas and wanted cupcakes that were themed.

These were made for St. Patrick’s day, I try something fun and replaced the red in my Red velvet recipe with some green. They turned out kinda fun!

I love to bake, it is my passion. There is nothing more gratifying than see the joy sugar can bring people.
